About the Role:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with senior designers and developers to create user-centered designs for a variety of digital products. You will be involved in every step of the design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and user testing.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
  • Assist in conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to refine designs.
  • Assist in conducting user research and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Help create and maintain UI/UX documentation, such as design specifications, user flows, and interaction guidelines.
  • Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with best practices, brand guidelines, and user-centered design principles.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience and skills in the related field.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, either through professional experience or relevant internships. (6 months to 1 year)
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in design work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
