Branding & Design
The logo and branding for PTI Development Ltd. are designed to convey structural stability and modern urban living, specifically targeting the real estate market in Bangladesh. The stylized "P" formed by overlapping geometric blocks mimics architectural blueprints or the layout of a building, reinforcing their core business of construction and residential development. The primary color is a dark slate, which is often associated with trust, professionalism, and reliability in corporate branding.
UI/UX Design and Development
The website for PTI Development Ltd. serves as a digital portfolio for their real estate projects in Dhaka. The interface follows a professional and minimalist aesthetic, heavily utilizing the navy blue from the company logo, paired with significant white space. The site uses clean, sans-serif fonts that prioritize readability. High-contrast text ensures that project details and contact information are easily scannable for potential investors. The site features a standard top-level menu. This "flat" navigation allows users to find project locations quickly without deep searching.

We tailored the overall digital presence of PTI Development Ltd. toward the specific real estate landscape of Bangladesh, prioritizing high-engagement social platforms and direct lead generation over a complex multi-channel network. We created multiple 3D videos to provide virtual tours and construction updates as reels and short video clips and also frequent posts including high-urgency CTAs.
